FAKRO FTP-V U3 roof windows offer an elegant handle at the bottom for ease of operation. All of these windows are manufactured with a V40P air inlet which by automatic adjustment of the flow channel size provides an optimum amount of air into the room. -Manufactured in pine, vacuum impregnated and coated with acrylic lacquer. -Convenient way to use the window as the handle is located at the bottom of the sash. The handle is equipped with a two step micro-opening facilty. -Easy cleaning of the outer pane and operating the awning blind with the use of blocking sash bolt when rotated through 180 degrees. -A wide range of accessories which include both internal and external blinds. This window also has the ability to install electrical controls. -Centre pivot windows come with a V40P automatic air inlet. -Installation in roof pitches from 15 to 90 degrees. The U3 glazing is a double glazed unit that comes with toughened outer pane. FAKRO’s standard glazing is one of its most popular and comes with an exceptionally low U-value of 1.2 W/m2K.
